We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards, plus any other payment methods displayed at checkout.

2. Payment Processor

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your full card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Marelle.

Marelle does not charge any payment processing fee, surcharge, or convenience fee. Card processing fees are paid by Marelle. The total shown at checkout, including product price and any applicable sales tax, is the amount you pay. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Note on foreign transaction fees: Marelle is based in Brazil. Although all charges are in U.S. dollars, some card issuers may apply their own foreign transaction fee to purchases from merchants located outside the United States. This fee, if any, is set by your bank, not by Marelle. Please check with your card issuer if you have questions.

4. Currency and Prices

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Later price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Processing

Order preparation begins once payment is confirmed. Card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Fraud Prevention

Transactions may go through fraud-prevention checks. If additional verification is needed, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
